Jason Eisel

I started at JH Norton Company knowing nothing about sandblasting and learned the business from the ground up. From working in the warehouse to becoming one of the company’s first service technicians, I gained hands-on experience with our equipment, processes, and day-to-day operations.

That foundation shapes how I lead today, with a focus on problem-solving, training, and supporting the people who make the work happen.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m incredibly proud of my two sons and love traveling to theme parks with my wife.
