With a background in shipyard painting and building waterproofing, I built JH Norton Company with a simple goal: support my family by doing honest work the right way. I believe in leading by example, treating people with respect, and making sure customers walk away satisfied, even when challenges arise.

Today, I’m proud to pass the future of the company to the next generation, my daughter and son in law, and the strong team they’ve built to carry it forward.

Outside of work, I value time with my wife and enjoy slowing down and being present after decades spent building the company.
