Payment Options

Credit Card

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. You may safely enter your entire credit card number online via our cart server. Our shopping cart is hosted by SparkPay, a Capital One company, and your credit card number is encrypted. Our shopping cart is PCI compliant, adhering to the banking industry security standards. When you place your order on-line, your credit card may be authorized for the amount of the order. Your card is not actually charged until your order is processed. You may create an account online or checkout as a guest.

Credit card orders can only be shipped to a verified address. Our shopping cart estimates are for residential addresses. If your address is considered commercial by UPS, your shipping costs may be lower than the estimate. You will be charged actual shipping charges. We will send you an invoice with accurate charges. If the online estimate is significantly lower than actual charges, we will contact you. We try to keep shipping costs low! Some large, bulky, oddly-shaped or prepackaged items must be shipped separately.

State Sales Tax Information: Sales tax is added to the following states. Sales tax rates are subject to change so taxes will be estimated.

Government Agencies and Municipalities: If your order is tax exempt, please make a note in the special instructions/comments section and we will remove the sales tax when your order is processed. Shipping Options and Information

Standard Shipping- Estimated at Checkout
UPS Ground Shipping is the standard delivery method for all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Delivery Time: Between 3 and 5 business days. Total Ship Time: 3 to 7 business days. For urgent orders, please call to confirm availability.

  • Shopping cart shipping fees are estimated. We will adjust the shipping rates according to the weight of the box(es).
  • Large, heavy, or bulky items will be shipped in a separate box.
  • Items that are Out of Stock, On Order, Special Order and Pre-Order will ship once they arrive in our warehouse. The web site may not indicate the status.
  • Occasionally, we may be out of stock for an online item. If this occurs, you will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a delay is inconvenient, please notify us and we will cancel your order.
  • Any order returned to us (undelivered, rejected, etc) will be credited back to the original purchase credit card, less the cost of shipping and handling.
  • In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and thank you for your patience, but please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Norton Sandblasting Equipment is not responsible for disruptions within the shipping companies’ transportation network.
  • Customer is responsible for all customs, duty, excise, taxes and other fees related to purchases made outside the United States. These fees, if applicable, will not be estimated at checkout.

Returns or Damaged Items

  • Please contact a Norton Sandblasting Equipment representative within 30 days for authorization and issuance of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA number must be included on all packages and correspondence. Items returned without an RGA number will not be credited. Any material returned without prior authorization will remain the property of the sender and Norton Sandblasting Equipment will not be responsible for same.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns may be exchanged for other equipment or parts of equal dollar value. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If goods are not exchanged, they are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge. Products must be new and in resalable condition. Any cost incurred by Norton Sandblasting Equipment to restore such goods to first class condition will be charged to the customer.
  • If you received damaged merchandise, please call us immediately at (757) 548-4842 or toll free at 1-800-366-4341. All damaged items must be claimed through the UPS damaged claims process. Most claims are processed within 7 business days and product is reshipped to the customer.
  • Missing or stolen deliveries must go through the proper UPS claim process. It can take up to 8 business days for UPS to investigate the missing package. Once the investigation is closed, replacement product will be sent, if necessary.
  • Electrical components and special order items are not returnable.

Canceling an Order

Should you need to cancel an order, please immediately call a customer service representative at (757) 548-4842 or toll free at 1-800-366-4341. Our customer service hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time Monday through Friday. Email is not an effective way to cancel an order, as the order may be processed and shipped before we have a chance to read the email. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Your Information and Privacy

The information you give us is used to provide you with the products you order from our Website. You agree that: (a) all information you provide to us, including your name, address, shipping address, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s) will be current, accurate and complete; and (b) you are solely responsible for any loss, damage, costs or claims that you, we or any other person may suffer or incur as a result of your failure to provide current, accurate and complete information.

Norton Sandblasting Equipment respects your privacy. We do not rent or sell your information to third parties.

Price Changes, Website Errors, and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Subject to applicable law, we: (a) reserve the right to change the products and services advertised or offered for sale through the Website, the prices or specifications of such products and services and any promotional offers at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) cannot guarantee that products or services advertised or offered for sale on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter; (c) reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available for sale; (d) do not warrant that the Website or any material that appears on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free; (e) reserve the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this Website is inaccurate; and (f) reserve the right to cancel an order if there is not enough inventory of an item to complete your order (or if an item is no longer available). If we do not process an order for such reason(s), we will advise you that the order has been cancelled and will either not charge you or will apply a credit to the payment type used in the order. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusions and disclaimers of certain implied warranties, so some of the provisions of this section may not apply to you.
