As President of JH Norton Company, I lead with a people-first approach grounded in accountability, collaboration, and service. Growing up around the business taught me that strong relationships, trust, and consistency are what truly sustain long-term success. Working alongside my dad for decades, allowed me to gain firsthand experience in shaping workplace culture, managing employees and building lasting professional relationships.

My focus is building on our foundation, developing our team, and guiding the company forward in a way that reflects who we are and how we work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, and we often ride our horses, Luna and Boaz, which is time I value deeply.
