As a leader at JH Norton Company, I believe in putting the team first. My philosophy is simple: leaders eat last. People are more valuable than profit, and one of the values instilled in me early on was that no matter how high you climb, you’re never too good to get your hands dirty. That mindset has shaped how I lead, support our people, and approach the growth of the company.

Looking ahead, my focus is continuing to grow JH Norton through strategically located regional locations without losing sight of the people and commitment to service that got us here. I want that growth to create opportunities for our team while expanding our ability to support our customers.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and enjoy serving my church and community through coaching baseball, wrestling, and track and field.
