BAABS – Blasting Accessory & Assist Bracket System
BAABS – The BAABS deadman safety control is designed to keep operators safe and incidents down. BAABS redirects most blast nozzle thrust onto the Thrust Management Brace Assembly, which can be placed onto the chest or other body parts capable of absorbing thrust for longer durations. BAABS directs the strength demand directly onto the torso, requiring fewer muscles to manage nozzle thrust, significantly reducing operator fatigue.
